By placing an order on Printeon.co ("we", "us", "Printeon") you agree to these terms. We've kept them short — if anything is unclear, email us and we'll answer in plain English.
1. Who we are
Printeon.co is a Nigerian print shop operated by Uhunger Limited. We produce custom-printed apparel, packaging, stationery, promotional items and signage for delivery within Nigeria.
2. Orders and pricing
Prices are shown in Nigerian Naira (₦), inclusive of VAT, and exclusive of delivery fees which appear at checkout based on the delivery state. Bulk pricing tiers on each product page are the price you pay.
We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if a listed price is obviously in error (e.g. ₦1 for a t-shirt). You'll be told immediately.
3. Artwork you provide
You are responsible for the artwork you upload. By uploading it you confirm that you own it or have permission to use it. Printeon will not knowingly print material that infringes third-party rights or Nigerian law.
4. Proofs and approvals
Every order includes a design proof. You must approve it before we go to press. Once approved, the printed output will match that proof — colour, placement, sizing and count. Nothing prints without your explicit approval.
5. Turnaround and delivery
Standard production is 3–7 working days from proof approval. Delivery is additional, typically 1–4 days depending on state. Delays outside our control (courier strikes, curfews, force majeure) don't constitute a breach; we'll keep you posted.
6. Reprint & refund policy
See our Refund Policy — the short version: we reprint on our dime for defects reported within 48 hours of delivery.
