Printeon collects the minimum information required to fulfil your order and support you afterwards. Here's the full list.
What we collect
- Account & contact: name, email, phone number.
- Delivery address: state, city, street — used only to ship your order.
- Payment reference: the Paystack transaction ID. We do not store card details — Paystack does.
- Artwork you upload: stored on Cloudflare R2, tied to your order line item.
- Order history: the products, quantities and prices you've bought.
How we use it
- To produce, pack and deliver your order.
- To email you order updates (placed, proof ready, dispatched, delivered).
- To respond to your support messages.
- To keep basic analytics (page views, aggregate order counts) — never anything that identifies you personally to a third party.
Who we share it with
Only the third parties strictly required to run the business:
- Paystack — payment processing.
- Cloudflare — file storage for artwork & product images.
- Resend — sending transactional email.
- Neon — our database.
- Vercel — hosting.
- Couriers — for the specific delivery, we hand over your name, phone, and address.
We don't sell your data, ever. We don't send marketing email unless you opt in.
Your rights
Email hello@printeon.coand we'll:
- Show you everything we hold on you.
- Correct anything wrong.
- Delete your account and personal data — except records we're legally required to keep (order history, invoices) which stay for 7 years.
Cookies
We use a small number of essential cookies: a session cookie for sign-in and a cart cookie so your cart survives across visits. No third-party ad cookies.
