How long does an order take?
Standard turnaround is 3–7 working days from the moment you approve your proof. Rush jobs (48 hours) are available on request — WhatsApp us before placing the order.
Do you deliver to my state?
Yes — all 36 states + FCT. Delivery fees are flat per state and shown on the checkout page as soon as you pick your state.
Do I have to upload artwork?
Not right away. You can upload it in the cart, in checkout, or later on your tracking page. If you don't have artwork, our designers can build one from your brief in 24 hours — mention that in the cart notes.
What file types do you accept?
PNG, JPG, WEBP, SVG, PDF, AI, EPS, PSD — up to 20MB per file. High-resolution is best (300dpi at print size, or a vector file).
What's the proof approval?
Once we receive your artwork, we send back a mockup of what your product will look like. You approve it — or request changes with a note — right on your tracking page. Nothing prints until you say go.
What if the print is wrong?
If your order is off-colour, mis-cut, or clearly off-brief, we reprint it on our dime. Send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery via WhatsApp or email and we handle it. See the Refund policy for detail.
How do I pay?
Paystack handles payment — card, bank transfer, USSD or POS reference. No account required to check out; we just need your email to send the receipt.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Every order gets a public tracking URL and email updates at every stage — from Placed to Delivered.
Do you do bulk pricing for corporate accounts?
Our bulk pricing kicks in from 10 pieces and drops in tiers as quantity grows. For orders above 500 pieces or for repeat corporate ordering, message us on WhatsApp and we'll set up a dedicated rate sheet.
